Teenager Shocked While Listening to Charging Telephone
Cambodia News (Siem Reap): A 19-year-old boy, Phorn Kakada, was apparently killed by an electric shock while he listened to his phone as it was charging in Wat village, Siem Reap.
After the incident, the police went to the scene to examine the body. They found the boy was lying down with his headphones on while he charged his telephone.
There were no suspicious marks on the body, so the police concluded that the victim had died from an electric shock. The body was returned to his family for funeral preparation. RIP.

They don't know how he died, so they just take a wild guess.

All properties should be fitted with RCBO's or RCD's at the least, power company should insist that they will not connect the property until this has been installed.

Someone has to start marketing head phones that have already been buried in sand for a week prior to sale.
