Father and Son Struck by Lightning

Cambodia News (Oddar Meanchey): On October 28, 2019, at 5 pm, a 43-year-old man, En Oeun, and his son, En Mesa, 10 years old, were struck by lightning while they were at an engagement party in Preah Borlay village, Kampong Prasat district, Oddar Meanchey. The victims were both still alive, but seriously injured; they were sent to the hospital.
