7kg over 9 weeks that’s great! But don’t say it’s not difficult, most people are really struggling (and failing). How many kg are you planning to lose?
maybe 30 kg
30kg? That will need some serious commitment and will power! Go for it! Don’t settle for less! I wonder how long it will take, anywhere between 6 and 24 months I guess.
Good luck and stay strong!

Sounds like FLB is on some form of intermittent fasting. It does work incredibly well, a 16:8 or 20:4 split. Recently went on it myself. I don't know FLBs starting size but the bigger you are the more it will drop off. I know someone dropped 25kg over 6 months on it. It is very easy as you aren't killing yourself with a fad diet just reducing your eating window. Soon you realize you aren't reaching for snacks and a normal balanced meal fills you up. Skipping breakfast and then only eating between 12pm-8pm is easy, even only eating 2pm-6pm I found quite easy. A light snack and then a normal dinner. Although getting a Khmer to skip breakfast and only have a black coffee....

I have lost 7 kgs in 9 weeks now. 2 glasses of wine a day, no sugar, only a sandwich for lunch, normal evening meal. No breakfast.
No exercise at all. It is not that difficult.
It is possible the rate at which you lose weight may reduce over time, but keep it up anyway. But then, you may be one of the lucky ones.

I have the same challenge. During previous weight loss attempts I have found, I need to work or exercise to lose weight, in addition to consuming few calories, and then I lose lost weight at a much slower rate than that.
## I thought I knew all the answers, but they changed all the questions. ##

Sounds like weight loss is more about food than gym. I can only agree, lots of interesting advices here, thanks !

If you can't loose weight in Cambodia you can't loose it anywhere. Went from 87kg to 70kg in half a year when I came here 5 years ago. High temps so sweating all day, rice every day and no feel to eat candy 24/7 with these temperatures.
just noise, white noise

I dropped 18kg in PP in 12 months. GSM skanks and meth helped, but I looked a whole lot better for it... :stir:
