If you are ever caught short on a tool for breaking into a car to steal whatever you can via the window....
Find a spark plug.
Hit the ceramic part with a hammer.
Pick up small half-peanut sized chip of the broken ceramic
Hurl it at the car window and it will shatter like magic.
Something to do with atomic resonance... or something
But i know it works cos a junkie once gave me a surprise roadside demonstration one day.
Amazing it was. Just a little chip.

There apparently is some science to this, at an atomic level the edge of the spark plug ceramic is smaller than the gap between the molecules of the glassSternAAlbifrons wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2019 6:08 pmIf you are ever caught short on a tool for breaking into a car to steal whatever you can via the window....

Foreigners charged over Sihanoukville shop robbery
Preah Sihanouk Provincial Court yesterday placed four Chinese nationals in pre-trial detention after being charged for allegedly stealing a motorbike and $1,700 from a fellow countryman.
Major Sok Sophal, a police officer with the provincial police’s general crimes department, identified the four as 42-year-old Li Hong Liang, 29-year-old Lin Wei, 29-year-old Tan Bei and 25-year-old Zhou Wen, noting that they were tourists who lived in Sihanoukville’s Village IV.
He said they were charged by a court prosecutor with theft with aggravating circumstances.
He said on Sunday, all four were arrested after they stole the money and the bike from 30-year-old Liu Chuan, a businessman from Village III.
Maj Sophal said the robbery occurred at about 2am after the four forcefully entered the victim’s shop and stole his belongings as he was asleep.
“They forced open the victim’s shop while he was asleep early Sunday morning,” Maj Sophal said. “The victim woke up and saw the four leaving his house with his motorbike. The victim loudly shouted for help.”
He noted that nearby police officers who were on patrol intervened and had the arrested the suspects by 3am.

The latest Sihanoukville police report at 7:49 pm, on 16 October 2019, confirms that the four Chinese men arrested for robbery have no passports and no jobs. A number of crime tools were confiscated at the time of the arrest. Police suspect that the men came to Sihanoukville with the intention of living from criminal activities.

Why not just hit the car window with the hammer?
Because my junkie mate who used to break into cars was a refined man.
PS - As a matter of fact he just sent me an email from prison saying it best use use good quality spark plugs as they have porcelain not common ceramic parts.
(actually, i think it was something to do with not carrying a hammer around.
For some strange reason he used to get pulled over and searched by the cops a lot
a little porcelain chip was easy to hide)

" the provincial police’s general crimes department"
"the provincial police’s General's crimes department"
If they spelled it like this ^ they would be very very busy.
