Badly Burnt Brit with Memory Problems Dropped Off at Calmette Hospital & Needs Your Help

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Funny thing is Nicky "Smith" you introduced us to him as but is really "Nicky Millburn" still has both of his facebook accounts open but no longer shows up on your friend list. You still appear on his though, probably should get fixed before you two head back to Pattaya

Just as an aside and maybe nothing to do with the "Pattaya Connection" here is some insight as to the workings of a modern ID database.

https://www.pattayaone.news/woman-arres ... n-the-run/

Woman arrested on drug charges after almost 20 years on the run...

Chatamach went on the run while she was let out on bail. She flew to hide in Australia and stayed so long that she received an Australian Citizenship. The Investigation had discovered information that Chatamach was actually named Miss Wang in Australia. Then this year the Biometric system showed that Wang recently traveled into Thailand on 4 October 2019.

Officials successfully arrested Wang in Thailand. The suspected admitted that she changed her name in hopes of changing her identity and has been on the run for almost 20 years in Thailand and in Australia.

boiler room slang for Deed Poll.

A deed poll is a legal document that proves a change of name. You can change any part of your name, add or remove names and hyphens, or change spelling.

There are 2 ways to get a deed poll. You can either:

make an 'unenrolled' deed poll yourself
apply for an 'enrolled' deed poll
Ask the organisation you're dealing with (for example your bank) which type of deed poll they'll accept as proof of your new name.

If you're a permanent resident overseas, you cannot change your name by deed poll.

Nicky has been in Pattaya for 3 years that I know of, just an extended holiday?
