What was the crime he was planning to commit ?
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

The Chinese are fully into the concept of 'pre-crime'
Witness the 'reeducation camps' where there are no charges, no trial and an estimated million people learning to love the CCP.
If you watch look here you will see the 'pre-crime' prevention measures mentioned several times.
The BBC visits the camps where China’s Muslims have their "thoughts transformed" video halfway down the page
Perhaps he was planning to retweet this (punishable by a negative credit score - house arrest - jail etc etc...)
