Man with Missing Memory Found Floating in Siem Reap River

Siem Reap: On 2 October 2019, the Police Chief of Svay Dangkum Police Office said that a man with mental problems and no memory who had been missing since yesterday, was found floating in the river near Siem Reap Old Market on October 2, 2019, at 5:20 pm.

The shocking incident drew a curious crowd at the point in the Siem Reap River, Group 12, Vihear Chen Village, Svay Dangkum City in Siem Reap Province. The victim was identified as Hak Sei, a 31-year-old male resident of Vihear Chen village, who suffered from mental problems and had disappeared from home the night before.

The body has now been handed over to the family for a traditional funeral.
