Raises the issue of how many Chinese carrying weapons around??

Makes me worry any Chinese man carrying a bag in the Kingdom should be treated as if armed and to avoid confrontation.

I did hear that the Cambodian police were making spot checks on any Chinese carrying a bag for concieled weapons.

I guess if in a bar and Chinese in there getting drunk best to move on to another safer bar.

The Chinese must think Cambodia is the Wild West!!!

Multiple aimed shots, and the intended target wasn’t even get hit? That’s one lucky charm that the victim was carrying. Or laminated (bullet resistant glass), or both.

Good thing the boys in blue found this crazed killer and took him off the streets.

Nice sidearm. Have the M17 version in a display case at home. Not cheap Chinese copy. How did he get it in the Kingdom of Wonder, where forearms are forbidden?

It's starting to feel that way doesn't it. Maybe the Viets and the Chinks can have a little ding-dong to sort this shit out?
