That bank is next to the ANZ downtown. The Canadia Bank downtown charges me $4 or 5 & only gives $400.

Could be a cunning plan. Thx Hotdigr. Will look into it.

Banks don't charge you to use their own cards in their own machines. I thought AM was talking about using another bank's card. Are you saying that you can use a DIFFERENT bank's debit card fee-less & get a cash advance on a DIFFERENT bank's CC for free ?

I use a Mastercard (DKB) Credit Card at the Canadia Bank without any fee.
My Maestro Debit Card only works at ABA Bank, they charge $5.

My US bank refunds the ATM charge, but I've never gotten a freebie from Canadia or anyone else in any country except at my own bank's. It always says $5 fee, do you wish to continue ? My Acleda card always gets nicked at random ATMs as well. It must be a MC thing - both my debit cards are Visa.

Very strange, as it seems others aren't charged by Canadia when they use that atm. Here in Takeo Canadia doesn't charge and has a limit of $800 a transaction. :hattip:

Are we confident the charge isn't just being posted back to the account and not shown on the screen? We're talking Canadia after all.

In my case at least - 100% sure there is NO ATM charge at all!
