Overstay issues

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Doesn't it feel and look and sound like "And they all lived happily ever after" like in a fairy tale? Oh... wait... it IS a fairy tale!

I don't think @jd1965 and @Mishmash are the same persons. However, as I've said many times before in this thread: I have the feeling I'm looking at some weird and badly scripted play. The only problem is: who is playing exactly what role and why?
maybe you havent read posts on this thread, and others, where people recognise/have met, this JD guy before? .... this is from a thread a couple of years ago...

the girl is called Avy, got told today shes in prison, not sure if sentenced yet or just that 'you stay here until court say you innocent, or until court say you stay here until you old girl.'

I got told something like Jack was going to just manage but now he buys it.
so is Jack the guy, quite tall with a skin head?

Bizarre..

I posted on here about renewing my visa quite recently too.

I can't recall ever sleeping rough either, as I'm sure I see my son to school every morning and my daughter wants her milk.

Bit difficult to register my company without a passport also.

Pretty sure I met JD today as I have his business card, so I didn't hallucinate the event.
