Gov’t: US allows Rainsy terrorism
Phnom Penh Post:
The US is allowing Sam Rainsy to use its territory to carry out terrorist activities against Cambodia, government spokesman Phay Siphan charged on Thursday.
Joining in the salvo, an academic said the US is also using Rainsy, the “acting president” of the Supreme Court-dissolved Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), to further its geopolitical interests.

Mr. Murphy just arrived at night of 18 Sep, than 19 Sep comes out this statement, interesting.

Re: Gov’t: US allows Rainsy terrorism
Rainsy is a xenophobe who foments violence against people of Vietnamese heritage and that is a fact.
His followers in USA advocate the violent overthrow of the current Cambodian government.
You can see this on FB.

The Candleman fool is merely a 'Them'* puppet, totally controlled and fabricated to provide the west a fallacy of 'democracy', whatever the hell that is nowadays anyway.

Spot on. Spigz ^^
As for his party people here - i am sure there are some genuinely "good" ones
but how could you ever trust even one, after watching legions of them cross over the the CPP
year after year after year.

I could be completely wrong, I just can't imagine half the things Rainsy does or says are the genuine actions of somebody trying to become PM. He is either utterly bonkers, or a most cunning ruse.

For what its worth (2 cents and a bagel), imo Rainsy was the last piece of a failed US se foreign policy...
There is a disconnect in what the strategy should be and bc of the internal bickering, startegic alliances were put into place.
The poignant criticism of murphy/policy is a direct result of such failures.
