Fast and Furious Driver Hits a House

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 12, 2019, a drunk man was driving his Highlander car at high speed in an east to west direction on street 217, in Phnom Penh, until he came to a sudden stop when he smashed into the wall of a house.

The local people contacted traffic police to check the accident scene. The officers took the car to keep at the police station while waiting to sort out the problem between the car owner and the house owner. Fortunately there were no injuries.

I will wager $ 50 USD that the driver was under the influence of the Number 1 " legal " drug ,___alcohol. It is responsible for so much damage in the World.As you will be aware it quickly gets its victims ,+ aggressive, violent & real & present danger on the roads ,etc
" War on Drugs " is a joke and programmed to fail .
