Just go to soyar hospital problely spelt wrong get a blood urine test after the results they will recommend treatment or you get the all clear and carry on happy happy

If in doubt blast the shit out of it. Don't wait. Go to any western doctor place and they will sort it quick smart.

Couldn't agree with you and Rozzie more. For sure, get tested fella. You can contract HIV in the same time it takes you to contract any STI. You'd be an absolute numpty to go bareback in KoW. :hattip:
