I would disagree about being no such thing as "Top pimp" as you call it. Irrespective of whether you are selling consulting services, medical services, arms, illicit drugs, international hit team services or sex, managing a large operation takes good management skills whether the services are laudable or not.

Of course the agency is "in on it" in the same way that say an international consultancy service is, if they sub contract work to me. They facilitate the work, guarantee a result and take their cut. In the same way as an escort agency does. In both instances the agencies are ensuring a greater earning potential for the person than could otherwise be possible and connecting them with prestigious clients which they could otherwise not reach. In Australia escort agencies are as legal legal as consultancy agencies so to me they are ostensibly the same. Although society looks down on one and up to the other.

Payment is always before, and that is pretty much standard with escort agencies in the "developed world" Of course once outside the developed world anything goes :D

Nok is right, these girls have no class. I took a girl from the devils den in pattaya years ago. She told her previous job was making Goodyear tyres!

The problem was that it was sponsored by London Rubber, whose most well-known brand name, the one carried by their car, was Durex. To be an escort requires a high level of professional companion without any attachment to the customer, plus being very attractive, well dressed, and sexy with the ability to role play and fulfill the desires of the client.
GSM freelancers do not meet any of these qualifications.
Bar girls/hostesses some may qualify as a holiday girlfriend, but to be an escort would require a skill set that very few have.
It is a lucrative business that would require a lot of training for the ladies to provide this sort of service in Cambodia, plus security for the escorts and approval from the government.
