As noted by various posters on related posts concerning homicide and revenge, some Khmer women can go "batshit crazy". They can unleash the fury of hell over issues that could calmly be discussed. Lean on cultural stereotypes at your own peril.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

They all appear to confess really quickly over here, normal MO in UK is to plead not guilty up until trial day, then change to guilty on the day to acquire some shorter sentence.

Maybe they don't have PACE act here !!!!!!!

I agree , “batshit crazy” , but it’s a drug they can’t shake it ... addiction ...
mine went to rehab for months , then reverted - I can’t understand it ...

If this one who had her husband murdered isn’t on drugs then what’s her excuse ?

I blame everything on drugs , or lately , anything & everything on the chinese ..
“ easy peasy japanesy. “ ( Shawshank ). ... se la vie .

I just want to talk , ( to someone *her ) , but it is not possible .. communication breakdown . And yea probly some mental problem like bi-polar involved and too much ice and no education and no perception of the future because they don’t watch the local news or know what’s happenin’ In the hood ...

Bad news all around ...

It looks like the killing was planned in cold blood. The wife and her boyfriend are accused of premeditated murder.
Cap Savuth said the victim and Ms Sihuon had been married since 2013 and had two children.

He said those close to the victim said Mr Makara was Ms Sihuon’s ex-boyfriend. The two had kept in touch and were sleeping together when the victim was at work. Cap Savuth said Ms Sihuon allegedly plotted with Mr Makara to kill her husband so they can be together.

Colonel Hour Mengvang, chief of district police, yesterday said Ms Sihuon is accused of initiating premeditated murder. If convicted, she could face a life sentence.

Col Mengvang said Ms Sihuon is currently detained at the district police station and will be sent to Phnom Penh Municipal Court to be questioned on Monday.

“Police are now seeking for the arrest of the gunman,” he said. “He is accused of premeditated murder.”
