Chinese Worker Falls to Death on Phnom Penh Building Site

Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: According to preliminary reports, at around 11:00 am on August 27, 2019, a Chinese man fell from the Gateway building and died immediately.

The building is the "The Gateway", located in Phsar Depot 3, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, and the man is believed to have fallen from the 12th floor down the elevator shaft.

However, it is not yet known whether the victim committed suicide or if it was an accident. Journalists were not allowed access to the site of the incident. The deceased was identified as Chinese national, PENG LIANGXIANG, from Hunan. RIP.
