Foreigner Nabs Phone, Accusing Massage Lady of Theft
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): An unidentified foreigner accused a massage lady of stealing his money, US$50, at 9 pm, on August 25, in a massage shop on street 13, Sangkat Psar Chas, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.
The male foreigner told the local people that he was getting a massage at the massage shop when he saw someone was stealing his money. So then he grabbed the massage lady's phone to keep in exchange for getting his money back.
The owner of the shop was angry and didn't want to give his money back and also wanted to attack him. The police went to the scene after receiving the report from the local people. The police questioned both sides, but did not want to give any details to the reporter at the scene.
After questioning, the massage shop owner said the person who stole money from that foreigner wasn't a massage lady. However, she agreed to give money back to the victim to end the argument.

Of course, logical. After questioning, the massage shop owner said the person who stole money from that foreigner wasn't a massage lady.
There are 2 revenue streams in such a business 1. the massage (with option for happy ending) and 2. the jaou . Now the latter might even be outsourced in which case the owner mightn't even know the person.
Either that, or they have idle people hanging around in the shop with nothing better to do.
