Group of Drunk Chinese Smash the Car into Road Divider in Phnom Penh

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On August 23, 2019, at midnight, a group of Chinese men drove a car and smashed into the road divider and an electric pole, on Russian Federation road/ street 2009, Khan Porsechey, Phnom Penh.

After the incident, three drunk Chinese men got out of the car. The police went to the scene and detained a car driver for questioning and took the car to keep at the police station.

Another bunch of Chinese who cannot avoid the big yellow and black concrete road dividers I see they have even been putting lights on them for the Chinese to be able to see them easier at night. Proximity sirens maybe needed in future a simple mod easily fitted to their cars.
