Prime Minister HE has ordered members of the military and police forces who hold the honorary title Oknha, which translates to tycoon, to choose between their state positions or private titles.

What are the repercussions of this? If they are an acting general they must choose between retirement and keeping the title OR vice versa?

You have to choose between the title 'General' and 'Oknha'.

I assume 'Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HE' has to drop one or two too.

Either give up the title of Okhna to retain title in Military, or vice versa.
When they made up their decision, a royal degree will be issued to the individual towards the withdraw of either status.
