4 Immigration Police Killed in Fatal Car Crash

Cambodia Breaking News (Kampot): At 3am on August 19, 2019, there was a fatal accident that killed four immigration police and left one injured, on national road 33, Tropeang Thom village, Teuk Chhou District, Kampot.

The police reported that the victims were in a Highlander car plate no.PP2Z-0241 which smashed into the back of a cement truck which was driving in the same direction.

The four victims who died in the accident were identified as Ngon Sareth, 34 years old, a driver of Prek Chak border, lieutenant Nhem Pireak, lieutenant Tan Peng, 37 years old, and lieutenant Key Lok, 40 years old. A 35-year-old man, Thai Vireak, was slightly injured, and he was sent to Kampot hospital.
The driver of the cement truck ran away from the accident scene.

Tail lights would have either been out covered in concrete most likely both and the cars gone fair up its ass.
Anywhere else in the world concrete trucks and pump trucks are hosed down before they leave the site after use.
Beyond me how they can spend 100K+ on a machine and not give a fuck about it

It is not a mixer type cement truck,it is just a truck carrying bags of cement.They would have survived if there had been an under run bar of sufficent strength.

They night have survived if they weren't heading home from dragon club pissed as farts doing 160 clicks.
