Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia News: Criminal police detective forces conducted a search until two suspects were arrested, on August 10, 2019 at about 11:30 pm in Sihanoukville, after receiving a report that a Chinese man had been robbed in the street.

Qiu XinWang, a 32-year-old Chinese male, was attacked by two Khmer teenagers on a motorbike who snatched his iphone in village 3, District 3, Sihanoukville. The victim resisted the attack, and sustained light injuries on both arms and legs. He recovered his iphone.

1. Chinese people have all bought, or in fact leased in the majority of cases (as foreigners can't own land), the land from someone Khmer. They cannot "take" it.
2. Anyone living in the country prior to 2016 will confirm that phone snatching by Freshies on motos is not a new phenomenon.
