Funny English

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Missus had the step in with Li Chi.
I expect your missus stepped in with 'kulen' rather than Li Chi.

No Coming.

Of course they meant No Entry. They should get someone who understands English to make a sign like that.

Yes. I'm waiting for the jokes.

I don't have the pic any longer, but I used to love the old Tonle Bassac restaurant specialty of "Fried Khmer Spies" (spices).

tunc cantabunt letius angelorum chori:
"Sit Deus propitius huic potatori."

Must be a typo, they meant "drugged Angkor".
Silence, exile, and cunning.

In Thailand, a restaurant had "Crap Meat in Whore's Dust" on the menu.

(It was crab curry. Apparently in Thai, curry translates as whore.)

Does anyone know if they have '' Happy Half Hours ''

One hour is much too long for us older guys .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
