Driving School Instructor Involved in Fatal Road Accident

Banteay Meanchey: The instructor at a driving school crashed into a motorcycle, killing one woman immediately at the scene and another seriously injured in an accident which occurred at 12:30 pm 05 August 2019 on National Road 6, at the crossroads into Bopov commune, in Banteay Meanchey Province.

Before the accident, the white Camry car was traveling in a west-south direction, while the motorcycle carrying two people was traveling from the southwest to the accident scene, where it changed direction and was hit by the car, causing the death of one of the passengers and the other was taken to hospital. The driver instructor was alone in the car and did not have a client at the time of the accident.

i think this accident is usually happen in Cambodia right ?
