Caught my eye, photos in Cambodia :)

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. The Khmer scarf is a symbol of Cambodian culture.

I am not sure about that being new uniforms. Khmer staff told me those are people that have not yet been officially made cops. Something with cops in training extorting money and Khmer demanding that they only be extorted by legit cops. Yes, I am confused too.
