Cambodia Breaking News: A 30-year-old Ukranian man, MAKSYM SOBCHENKO, had his bag and phone stolen. Now he just wants to go home.

The social media account name VENERABLE SRUN SENGLAY, a monk, posted that " a foreigner man came to meet me and asked for help. He got a bag and phone stolen, so he can't contact his family. He wanted to go back to his home in his country; please help him. I don't have much, so I just gave him some food and a little money."

So you think he could try asking the Russian consulate if he could make a phone call home ? I know that some embassies will do that.

Apparently, he does not want to do this, it is easier to take food from a monk.
