Yeah, all roads pretty shagged.
If heavy rain they become terrible until they can get the graders back out.
Be next year before they are sealed again.

I've never been to Kampot and am thinking about checking it out one of these Saturdays and coming back on Sunday. It seems the Giant Ibis Bus from Phnom Penh drops people off at Durian Roundabout.
Is that walking distance to the part of Kampot where most barang stay? If not does PassApp or Grab operate in Kampot? Thanks!

Yes, and also yes. And you can hire a moto for $4 a day as well if you want.Bern wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 12:31 pm I've never been to Kampot and am thinking about checking it out one of these Saturdays and coming back on Sunday. You must walk in traffic to cross the road - Cambodian proverb

Don't know now has they were to be fixed for the water festivities. Before this I came on road 3 at the bottom of Bokor and the road was potholes and gravel.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
