Two Men Arrested for Throwing Rocks at Local Tourist

Cambodia Breaking News (Thbong Khmom): On June 24, 2019, at 00:23 am, two men, Voeun Nyrun, 21-year-old, and Pat Den, 25-year-old, were arrested for throwing rocks at a man visiting the region from another province.

The victim, identified as Panha, 27-year-old, was driving a motorbike as part of a group of tourists visiting from Mondulkiri. Suddenly, the suspects took a rock to throw at the victim, causing the man serious injuries and damaging the motorbike. The suspects were detained for questioning and case preparation. The motive for the attack is unclear.

You'd be surprised. Bored rich kids used to target us foreigners with bricks, marbles and slingshots for no other reason than us being foreign and them being bored circa 2004-2011. People were seriously injured losing eyes and such. It was pretty bad.
