If you are not their boss, it’s not your job to tell them what to do.
Sometimes you just have to accept this isn’t your country and shut your mouth.

There are of course ways to let people know how to take corrective action, but on the other hand, no one likes a condescending attitude or being looked at as inferior.

I go in from behind, but this commensurately increases the risk of soaking your strides with crossfire.
