What the hell can send a young man who never smokes or takes drugged troppo for four days
I know what ice, lsd , cocaine does but this is something else
I'm worried it may have perminant damage at the moment he's like a kid
Been to hospital have no faith it was a circus there
Please no smart allic replies this is serious

Could he have played around with some over the counter stuff? Haven't had quite that serious a reaction but I've felt a bit funny after happy pizza before, if you're not used to it edibles can be a different, stronger thing.

Something like a legitimate psychosis or do all problems stem from drugs? What can it be well maybe SCHIZOPHRENIA? Does he have it?

First off, what is troppo?

What are the exact behaviors that he is manifesting?

You said he's "like a kid" and "doesn't know where he is"

Could you be more specific?

Also, how old is he, how long have you known him, has he had episodes like this in the past?

I'm dead serious though. I've seen people going from relatively normal to completely weird because of a shocking event.
If you think it's drug related, why not conduct a toxicology test?
