Let this be a lesson -if you're going to deal drugs, learn how to drive... and don't cry when you get caught!

I hope the tuc-tuc driver recovers and is ok.
You could be next.

Man charged with trafficking six kilos of ecstasy
Phnom Penh Municipal Court yesterday charged a Chinese national who allegedly trafficked more than six kilograms of ecstasy in the city on Monday.

Major Khuon Ly, a municipal anti-drug trafficking police officer, identified the accused as Ou Ming, 30, a tourist. He said Mr Ou was charged with drug trafficking and faces life in jail if convicted. He is now in prison pending trial.

Maj Ly said the accused was arrested on Monday by municipal anti-drug police in Daun Penh district’s Phsar Thmey III commune.

According to a police’s report obtained yesterday, at about 3 pm on Monday, the accused drove a Lexus car along Street 154 in Phsar Thmey III commune.

The car hit a tuk-tuk, causing a Cambodian woman passenger to be seriously injured. Police who were nearby immediately sent her to the Calmette hospital for treatment.

The report said after hitting the tuk-tuk, Mr Ou drove off and tried to flee the scene but police officers on motorbikes gave chase.

It noted that the accused panicked and abandoned the car about one kilometre away and fled on foot carrying a bag.

The report said the chasing police officers managed to stop him and arrested him.

It said after his arrest, police inspected the bag and seized six large packages containing 11,680 tablets of ecstasy weighing more than six kilograms.

That was a confusion in translation between "over 10ks of drugs "[ecstasy tablets] and "10kgs of drugs". I will correct the title.
