what's wrong with Alabama?

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

What is the balance of the Supreme Court, in terms of pro-life/pro-choice, now that Brett Kavanaugh got confirmed?
Isn’t that the issue though. Roe v Wade is a sensible law which shouldn’t even be considered for overturning.

No offence, but to be fair, once you guys voted in Trump, asking for opinions on US politics is a bit like asking if someone pissing on you is ruining your nice new hair-do.

Trump actually lost the popular vote, but due to a peculiar institution called the electoral college, he still won the election.

This has been a feature of many elections.

The Dems are such corrupt idiots that they ran Clinton in 2016. Biden is nearly equally despised by the left.

Almost any other candidate would have likely won in 2016.

The electoral college exists to put balance between the states. If it were to be abolished then the elected government would be decided by a few key areas which are on the coasts.
This would render the voices of a huge section of the states population meaningless. Hence why it exists in the first place.
There are a few recent articles in the Federalist that cover this topic.

This is what a lot of foreigners don't really get about US politics. Apparently you're all bought up to believe that everyone has an equal chance of becoming the president, which is great and all that - you're fed a much more optimistic attitude about these types of things than us Brits are, but then when it comes to it, out of a country of what, 300 million or so, the only two left standing are the likes of Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton?

With 300 million or so (supposedly equal) candidates to choose from, no offence, but were these really the best you could do?

Here comes xandreu cutting a wide swath of brilliance across the plains of CEO.

Whilst we're bullshitting, since you really want "to be fair" and all, who exactly is "you guys"? I didn't fucking vote for him.

And it's always cute when Brits say "No offense" because in reality, offense is exactly what they intend.

Howz the political landscape in Britain nowadays, champ?

The political landscape in the UK is probably the worst it's been post WWII.

Trump is about to arrive.

Jesus, another Brit with a hard-on for American politics. You're like mosquitoes.

Shouldn't you be sipping on Twinings and noshing boiled eggs and soldiers whilst commiserating about Prince William's latest extramarital affair, or some-other such nonsense?

Stay in your lane, Jeeves.
