No noticeable delays.

First time, you need to scan all digits of both hands.

After that, just right hand four fingers.

I flew out of Suvarnabunmi 2 am Friday morning and they had them at departure, the queues weren’t long maybe 10 deep but the Immigration guy had to get off his seat a couple of times to show people how to do it. Not a long wait. From experience the level delays on entry at Swampy are always dependent on the desk manning levels. I’ll never understand why in a tourist driven economy they are not 100% manned all the time.
