This is the cold season?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Well, according to my misses it is "cold" now. So, yeah, if you think it's hot now, you're in for a treat when spring comes around XD

It was very hot up until this week. Today is perfect. I think the heat is officially over.

This is perfect for me, sitting in front of the laptop with only my shorts on, no fan on - just love it.

No need for the wifebeater or the footy beany - just perfect.

I'm nominally a climate change skeptic but there's no arguing that the weather patterns have changed here over the last few years. Rainy season used to be done and dusted well before the Water Festival Holiday. There never used to be huge monsoons that week. And this last week has been hotter than a frickin' slave ship here in PP - far hotter than mid Novembers used to be.

Climate change isn't supposed to effect temps much near the Equator - just everywhere else. The closer to the poles the bigger the difference. Rain patterns could switch up big time though.
