Florida Man RUGH J CLINE (Lawyer) Arrested for Child Sex Crimes in Siem Reap, Cambodia (UPDATED)
Re: Florida Man RUGH J CLINE (Lawyer) Arrested for Child Sex Crimes in Siem Reap, Cambodia
Unless you guys are looking at different pics than the ove in the OP, where the faces are digitized out, there's no way you can be so sure of their ages. The girls probably lied about their ages as well. Petite girls aren't so uncommon here.
However, if he knew they were too young, then he gets what he has coming.

From the PPPost:
“Four girls aged between 12 and 14 were abused by him. [If found guilty,] he could face from between one and three years imprisonment and a fine of between two and 10 million riel [$493 to $2,467],” Heng said.

There are people who cannot imagine that there are other ways of life than their own life.

Also from the Phnom Penh Post:
"According to the girls’ statements, the suspect took them from Pub Street to a place where he was staying, where the girls performed sex acts on Cline who gave them $120 for their services.
A report issued by the Siem Reap provincial anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection bureau said during questioning, Cline denied the girls’ accusations but claimed that he knew them and gave them some money."

I'd say he's not a very good lawyer if he admitted to knowing the girls and giving them money instead of just keeping his mouth shut.

US man charged for molesting underage girls in Siem Reap
Siem Reap Provincial Court has charged a US national with indecent acts for allegedly molesting four underage girls.
Court spokesman Yin Srang yesterday said an investigating judge on May 22 charged Rugh James Cline with indecent acts and placed him in pre-trial detention.
Mr Cline was arrested on May 20 at the provincial police station after he was brought in for questioning over accusations that he molested the girls.
Brigadier General Duong Thavry, provincial deputy police chief, said last week that Mr Cline was arrested after provincial anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection officers received a complaint from mothers of two girls who were sexually abused.
Brig Gen Thavry explained that police identified a total of four abused girls related to the case, all of them under the age of 15.
She said Mr Cline molested the girls multiple times beginning earlier this month, adding that the suspect offered each girl $10 to $50 each time he molested them.
Khoem Vando, a child protection specialist with Action Pour Les Enfants (Aple), yesterday said he was notified by the court that Mr Cline had been charged. He added that the organisation has provided legal aid services to the victims as the case continues.

Before he came to Cambodia, Rugh Cline was protesting against the 1% in the Occupy Tampa movement in Florida, USA.
Occupy Tampa movement attracts dozens despite rain

TAMPA, Fla. -- For about 60 demonstrators who showed up at Gaslight Park in downtown Tampa on Sunday, the rain wasn't about to water down their message.
It also wasn't about to impact plans for about 100 people in Bradenton to join the Occupy Wall Street-inspired movement earlier that day.
"I really believe in this movement. I believe it's time to address the influence that corporations have on our government," demonstrator Rugh Cline says.
He joined those who showed up with umbrellas and signs wrapped in plastic. A posting on Occupy Tampa's Facebook page advertised a shipment of ponchos being delivered to those who decided to stand in the showers.
"What is the problem? The wealth is unevenly distributed in this country," demonstrator Ashley Perry says.
As the Occupy Tampa movement continues, like many others around the country, questions have been raised about whether some demonstrators are paid to attend and hold signs. At least in Tampa Bay, Cline says he's never heard of that occurring.
"This is very grassroots. People have come out here on their own free will. If anybody's being paid to protest, that's news to me," he says. "That's definitely not happening."

A pedo poster has been called out by alleged real name for defending this Cline character elsewhere.

It was also mentioned that rickybobby runs a hotel in Siem Reap.

Obviously I was wrong.
