Is this as one off deal? Lots of stuff?
or an ongoing thing?

Entering any border I have never had my car looked at and never had asked the trunk to be opened?

Hi Richard,

It will be a regular thing.

We have a company operating in Thailand and would like to bring the goods into Cambodia to sell, but they are too bulky for a car, they will need to be on a truck of some sort as the longest box is nearly 3m in length.

I'm guessing there are companies that specialise in just bringing things across the border, but they definitely don't appear on Google English search!

Thanks.

A cross-border "agent" that I have been using intermittently at Aranyaprathet/Poipet for a number of year now is Mr CHEA THY.

Goods from Bangkok are delivered to his "warehouse" on the Thai side against receipted bill of lading/packing list etc and he transports across the border to Cambodia and vice versa if required. He is Thai and Khmer speaking only but this is not a problem for those you engage to transport your goods.

Contact Phone numbers are: Thailand (089) 251 88 78 and Cambodia 012 912 486

Please discuss your requirement with him well prior to shipments and discuss terms and conditions for payment. On some occasions I have paid COD in USD and on others in THB.
