BREAKING NEWS.

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: The body of an unidentified Chinese man was found on the road in front of Seabass Hotel construction site in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, this afternoon on May 6, 2019. The case is being treated as suspected murder and police are hunting the perpetrators.

Note it is not a great place to zap someone while in a traffic jam. You see after the bloke is out of the car the door is shut and soon after the person in the back seat gets out the other side and walks away.
