Yeh, it’s the collagen in the bone broth that’s so good for you, don’t know about gelatin. Anyhow if you can buy jello you can buy bone broth but basically pho starts with that base.

Well saying that it contains gelatin because it’s good for you and then loading up on sugar is kind of defeating the purpose in my opinion.
The gelatin can get into the meniscus, the sugar cannot.

White sugar especially is now totally off my list (but actually all sugars, including fruit sugars) for me. You are talking about how gelatin is good for your kneecaps (and I am assuming other places in the body then) and saying that the sugar doesn't affect the knee caps. I am saying that overall it is not good for you, regardless of the gelatin and kneecaps.

People with fatty livers need to eat differently because of insulin and how their body processes carbohydrates and sugar. Insulin will send all of that into the body as fat stores. Basically, people that struggle with obesity have fatty livers. They have to steer clear of carbs.

The people that sneer at that idea do not have fatty livers, so they do not understand. They think its a matter of will power and exercise, because that has been their own experience, so that makes sense to them. Fat people know metabolism has a lot more to do with it, because they all have that one skinny friend that cannot gain a lb. and has the worst nutrition and it doesn't affect their weight. This does not mean however that they are necessarily healthy.

Yes all processed sugar is bad.
As is processed white flour, and most carbs (inc rice).

Keto is the way to go, or at least 80-20.

The benefit of being able to walk and run outweighs the negative effects of a little sugar.

Unless you are doing intermittent fasting, you will prob die 10 years earlier than you could anyways.

The best one is where he is looking at a woman who just woke up and says:

"hello sleepy head".

Cracks me up whenever I see that one.

Fat fucks are not just fatties on the outside. It’s the inside where the issues lie. All their organs are surrounded by fat.

Most fatties are in denial. “I only eat twice a day and it’s always fruit and vegetables” etc. They lie.

I know this because I’m a fat fuck who lies to myself, and other people (but they are not convinced but are too polite to say something), about how much I eat. Fatties like fatty foods. That’s why we are fat.

I’m ashamed of my diet. It’s atrocious. Coffee with everything. Burger King every day, sometimes twice a day. Coke, Fanta (1l bottles) and sweets, crisps and even those jello things. I’ll eat two tubes of “Pringles” no problem.

When I was back home I’d get a Mc’D breakfast to eat in and one to go. I’d actually mention to the staff “It’s for my mum/brother/friend etc”. They knew it was for me. Because I was a fat fuck.

My doctor told me to go and live in Asia, do some exercise, fuck some whores and eat local food.

I’ve lost 6lbs.

I’m hot a lot.

Did you know that some "expert" female stood up in court to testify on womens behalf (against Cosby), because apparently there was not enough evidence.
And anyways, that "expert" (who is a woman), compared women to dogs.

Seriously.

She has a TED talk and compares women to dogs and was an "expert" in Cosbys rape trial?!

He prob did rape many women, but the case itself left some questions.
