Yes, he told the judge in September that when he finished his 90 day sentence for assault, he intended to move back to Florida.General Mackevili wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 2:59 pm Fred Bracken is a 'Florida Man,' according to Voter Registration data:

Just out of curiosity, what's your threshold for determining whether or not to publish the home address and telephone number of an individual, alive or dead?
For all we know this could be the address and home phone number for his aging mother which he used to voter register whilst residing with her.
Some people on the internet are weird. I wouldn't put it past someone to try and crank call this number or mail a box of 14inch black dildos to the address.
My knee jerk reaction was that it was not cool to do, but I really couldn't give a toss after that.
It's your sandbox and you can do what you like in it, I guess.

Voter registration is all in the public domain, but the only relevance is his link to 'Florida,' like in the news article, so I've removed his actual address. In the US, once a very long time ago, we used to have something delivered to every doorstep with a full list of everyone's telephone number and address called a 'phone book,' but I guess the internet put that to sleep. It's so different when an American criminal makes the Cambodian news compared to a citizen of most other countries, as we have public databases for most states that are easily accessed where you can get all sorts of public records, and other countries make you jump through hoops to get most of the data, if available at all.Brody wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 9:25 amInteresting.General Mackevili wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 2:59 pm Fred Bracken is a 'Florida Man,' according to Voter Registration data:

Holy shit, that's Fred Bracken? I've watched some of his videos and he was far knowledgeable about constitutional rights and laws than anyone I've ever heard speak off the cuff.General Mackevili wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2019 5:50 am Fred Bracken is like the Andrew Dice Clay of Canada:

Canada doesn t have constitutional rights, they have charter rights. America seeks life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Canada seeks peace, order and good government. Therein lies the difference and perhaps the reason that you are 3x more likely to be murdered in America than Canada and 16 x more likely to be raped in America than Canada.Ravensnest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2019 6:52 amHoly shit, that's Fred Bracken? I truly wish I had gotten to meet Fred. He's straight up my alley. We'd have been best buds. RIP.

I like how when someone dies in Cambodia it's all a somber affair on CEO with plenty of RIP's and 'thoughts and prayers' bandied about.
But if someone is able to dredge up a criminal conviction on the deceased, which the members deem unsavory enough, then it's a free for all.
Shit, we can post voter registration information, court proceedings, yadda, yadda, yadda.
I don't give two shits personally but I don't like double standards.
It wasn't that long ago when Phuket Richard started a thread on the lack of respect in death threads. That went on for pages and pages.
Everyone agreeing and it seemed an new edict of respecting the deceased was set forth.
I guess not.
Fuck it, we should make it fun. A free CEO t-shirt to whoever can Google up the most salacious background information on the next dead Western guy to hit the local news.
Thankfully I've lead a law abiding life and don't even have a Facebook account, so if I am unfortunate enough to cark it in Cambodia, you vultures will find fuck all on me.

First off this is not the knowledgeable guy I initially thought he was, although I do appreciate what he was trying to do.Anthony's Weiner wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2019 7:41 amCanada doesn t have constitutional rights, they have charter rights. And how does your post relate to mine??? I talk about an American and his videos, not specifically this one. I ask because my post above has nothing to do with Canada.
P.S. your stats are skewed
