I'm guessing your finger slipped on the price and you meant $6,500? You've a little pizza bar in Kampot which is over-saturated with restaurants as it is, you've been open 1 year so no real reputation, 6 reviews on tripadvisor selling $1 shots $2 cocktails and $5 pizza. for your $65k you get $2k worth of stock and by the looks of things $500 of furniture. Including the rent for the duration you are looking at one sucker paying $110K for this? never mind electric and staff wages etc. Love to know how you came up with the price. Any buyer will work out he will never make his or her money back on such a ridiculous price.

There was the bigger and nicely done out walkabout bar (again only open 1 year) that the owner thought he'd get $49K for...I believe it went for about $10k. You can't flip businesses like you used to 5 years ago. Good luck with your sale but drop the ambitious price. Nice graphics though.

Yeah, it's a scam price. Plus neighbours hate it as it's making noise pollution until 6am.

The building is only worth 40% more than this chancer is asking for the lease!
