This video is making the rounds on social media, and everyone wants the man identified and punished.

Apparently, the woman said something like What's your hurry? to a man who cut in front of her and her friend as they were walking at the corner of Street 136 near 15th Street, Phsar Kandal I, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. Even if she was ruder than that, there's no excuse for violence. The incident occurred on April 9, 2019.
