2% Anchor flavored upside down lemon beer

Post by fax »

Anchor has launched its latest product: a 2% alcohol upside down lemon beer. For $0.65 you can drink what tastes like an alcoholic Fanta with an extra touch of being upside down added to the can.

WTF?

If this really catches on every bar will be selling '' upside down '' glasses of beer on tap.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

It doesn't say calories.

It contains malt, sugar, rice, multi-juice compound and hops.

It's a Radler. Nothing weird about it. They're quite popular as a summer drink all over Germany and elsewhere. I think some call them Shantys? You can often make your own (mix Sprite or lemon juice with beer). Great way to beat the heat without getting too drunk.

I bought some a few weeks ago and enjoy them. A bit too sweet for me, I'd prefer a more lemony taste, but they're not horrible.

You mean Shandy.

"A shandy is nothing more than a mixed drink of beer and lemonade It is a popular way to dress up the average glass of beer, particularly in the summer, and is sometimes called a shandygraff or radler. The average shandy uses equal parts of beer and lemonade, though these proportions can vary."

They are good if you want to give beer to children but maybe the market is not quite ready because I only see children drinking stout.

Radler is beer with a little bit of lemonade, preferably not sprite. Can't really understand these drinks that have more lemonade then beer in it.
But I was surprised, didn't taste that bad.
Sugar content should be really high.
