If you act quick first all others just REACT late.

The new US, Europe and Canada led OPIC Initiative is trying to counter the chinese Initiative but it's my firm believe that it will be too little, too late. The amount of cash China has put and is still putting in it's initiative will be hard to counter by 22trillion debt laden US, or EU states incl. Canada. Long term planning, over decades and beyond is the strength of chinese planning (state and or private). It has proven to be successfull in the past.
Contrary most western economic Initiatives like the once praised Globalism only focused on short term gains.
