Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 30, 2019, at 01:40 am, a drunk French-Khmer man, Armand Gerbie, smashed his SUV into Chroy Changvar bridge, causing the car to overturn on Chroy Changvar bridge, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.

Before the i,ncident the Frenchman, who was reportedly very drunk, was driving his Toyota, plate no.PP2D-6081, at high speeds in the direction from west to east on Chroy Changvar bridge, until he crashed into the side of the bridge.

After the incident, the police went to the scene to check the accident and took the car to keep at the police station waiting to sort the problem out later.

Armand Gerbié is a successful Khmer-French restauranteur who ran a restaurant in Australia before opening Armand's The Bistro in Phnom Penh, which is known for their amazing steaks.

Of course, unless he has a twin brother. He needs to hire a personal driver considering how much he drinks every night, bloody lucky he didn't kill anyone! I've got no time for drunk drivers :angry:

He seems to have hung onto his ciggie during the crash...

It could so easliy been another innocent victim killed by him. Wanker...
