Also that ship appears to be enjoying life just off the coast of Sierra Leone which probably just about pips Cambodia on the "Tinpot country run by idiots" list; although Theresa May is doing her best to take that title back to the UK.

Unless the brakes are applied to development, no amount of power ships will fix the current issue as the demand is outstripping generation. All projects must cease until they get more power on the grid or they will never catch up.

And which lucky official is gonna tell China to cease belt and road activities so the power grid can catch up?Felgerkarb wrote:Unless the brakes are applied to development, no amount of power ships will fix the current issue as the demand is outstripping generation. EDC keeps a tight grip on power production by making it difficult for others to mass deploy alternative power production methods such as solar panels.

Yes I think it looks bad on Cambodia as a whole. 6 hour power cuts everyday screams poor planning. Funny how this didn't happen last year when there was an election

No modern business can occur without it, and everything the Chinese are building relies on electricity and solid infrastructure...they really fucked up here.newkidontheblock wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 11:50 amAnd which lucky official is gonna tell China to cease belt and road activities so the power grid can catch up?Felgerkarb wrote:Unless the brakes are applied to development, no amount of power ships will fix the current issue as the demand is outstripping generation.
