Sexy Lady Drives her Camry into a PassApp TukTuk

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 13, 2019, at 1 am, a woman crashed into a PassApp tuk-tuk with her Camry car, causing some damage, in Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan Prampi Makara, Phnom Penh.

A witness to the accident said that the tuktuk driver was driving a PassApp tuk-tuk plate no, Kandal1AA-5491 on Preah Moneyreth road in the direction from east to west, when a woman driving a Camry car, plate no.PP2V-7998, hit the tuk-tuk causing some damage, but nobody was injured in the accident.

After the incident, the woman paid US$40 to the tuk-tuk driver as compensation for the damage .

Subsequent to every fender-bender, Cambodians immediately jump on their phones.

I'd love to be privy to who their calling and what transpires.

I'm sure they're not on the phone with their auto insurance adjusters.

It's probably them on the phone whilst driving to look super important that causes a fair chunk of accidents

Most Cambodians I've spoken to looked at me funny when I asked if they had car insurance. Is it not mandatory here?

I was talking to an insurance agent with Forte and she told me that some Cambodians don't really understand the concept of insurance. She said that more than once, at the end of an annual policy the person will come in and ask for the premium payments back.
