Chinese Man Found Dead on His Bed, With His Throat Slit
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 10, 2019, at 9 pm, an unidentified Chinese man was found dead on his bed in staff quarters at Sepia Cambodia Garment factory, Sankat Katap 2, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. The victim had his throat cut and police suspect that he was murdered.
Before the incident, on the night of March 09 2019, the man who shared a room with the victim went to his girlfriend's house, but when he tried to call the victim, there was no reply. The next day, on March 10, the man went to the room where he stayed with the victim but it was locked, so he tried to contact the victim again, but still no reply.
After that, the room mate called the security guards to break the lock to get inside the room, where he found the victim lying dead on his bed with his throat cut. He reported to the police immediately.
The police went to the scene and took 3 Chinese men to the police station for questioning. The body was sent to Phnom Penh for examination to determine the exact cause of death.

I'm going to suspect it was murder, too. So whoever did it has a key, then?

You are assuming the dead Chinese man trusted his room mate enough to have a key ?
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Update: Police have not yet confirmed whether they are investigating the case of a dead Chinese man at Sepia Garment Factory as a murder or a suicide.
But, after receiving the report on the dead man, the competent authorities took three Chinese nationals down to the police station with a Chinese translator. Por SenChey police are collaborating with Phnom Penh autopsy specialists in the investigation.

Re: Chinese Man Found Dead on His Bed, With His Throat Slit
#1. you don't cover up in a blanket before slitting your own throat.
And #2, I'd imagine it would be hard to keep your hands by your waist with no blood on it.
#3. slitting a throat is messy (my experience only extends to livestock). No way the blanket is not soaked.
From just these pics, if it was not a murder, someone may have tried to perform a field tracheostomy to revive him after he died.
( disclaimer: my theories are just that... theories. conspiracy or not )

Then...
The body was sent to Phnom Penh for examination to determine the exact cause of death.
Then...

WTF???
How do you cut your own throat?
