ARTUU JOHANNES HIETA and LASSE MIKAEL APAJASALMI must both be expats living in Thailand, as they both have Thai driving licenses.
RIP.
RIP.

It seems to be the most popular vehicle of choice for people with no driving skills, no situational awareness, or a general contempt for any other road or pavement* user.
*if pavement(sidewalk) can be found without cars parked on them

How can you grin or pose for the camera like that after killing people? He should be shitting himself. Life long sentence, is the only option in my eyes.

He is still under the influence in that photo. When he sobers up and the reality of a prison term sets in, he will not have that grin on.

The tuk-tuk driver's family will be paid off.
With no Finnish embassy in Cambodia there will be little to no political pressure to punish the guy. So if his father is connected enough, its likely he gets a slap on the wrist - pays a fine (to the right people) and he'll be driving again in 9 months.
