Please explain why your hero Jacob Rees Mogg, who is after all a back bencher- get to be so influential on the course of the future of my Country ?. Could it be The BBC is responsible for this sorry situation. Dozen's of appearances on------ Have I Got News For You.-------- BBC Question Time.------- BBC Newsnight, definitely turned him into a cult. ( C~~t ). :D :D
You really need to get a life Yorkie. This whole episode is turning you into a train wreck.

None of your information comes from credible sources, the only thing I have ever said about Rees-Mogg is that he is intelligent, articulate but also can be taken as as toff.

I know that you are dyed in the wool Labour and even if the devil incarnate was the Labour leader you would still vote for them, but you really need to look at all of the sides of the issue instead of just one.

Interestingly enough (but I know that your eyes are closed), when the EU budget was set in 2013 for the 2014-2020 period (1% of gross income), the UK's average contribution was worked out at around £20 Billion per year. After the rebate that comes to just under £350 million per week.

I know that all of this is confusing for you but try to see the facts and not the fiction. All of these figures are taken from your favourite Guardian newspaper over the years. I try to take a balanced view and use official figures from the BoS, the HoC and Eurostat rather than politically biased newspapers and broadcasts.

Are you sure it's me who needs to get a life ?. TOG at no point have I posted that I support Corbyn. I hate the guy. Yes I have quoted The Guardian from time to time but at no point have I claimed to be a socialist. It is your own arrogant upbringing that supports the idea that anyone who disagrees with you is somehow f##kin stupid. I may not have had the benefit of a half descent education. Maybe my letters and words are sometimes the wrong way round. But I am far from being pretentious. Separating fact from fiction, I am fully aware £350 million a week was part of The UK's rebate. The point I was making was the so-called political elite in my country LIED. LIED and LIED about it being spent on our NHS. Farage, Johnson Gove need throwing in The Tower Of London. They had nothing but sheer contempt for thousands of ordinary people in my country. And being uneducated like me they fell for it. TOG stop being superior to everyone who is less fortunate than yourself.

Just to update you on Mr Mogg. He has now changed his mind on May's deal, but remains 100% behind making as much money from Brexit as possible.
I never had JRM down as a flip flop man, maybe sandals with socks but never flip flops. Judging by his latest change of heart he must wear them. I'm a Hush Puppies pleb myself.
Fuck Brexit I now live in Cambodia. :D

Apart from the obvious wrong statements in you post. (No one knows if the £350 million would be spent on the NHS as nothing has happened yet and don't forget, it was not a political party statement, just one from the leave campaign who have no power and you should have known that).

Anyway, I just love guys like you who hate everyone who has pulled themselves out of the gutter and made something of their lives.

My parents were poor. I went to a comprehensive school and dropped out because I spent too much time at sport.

My first job was working as a labourer on a building site and then I woke up and smelt the coffee.

I joined the Army, was taught a trade in electronics. I studied hard in my own time. I decided that the world did not owe me anything and that I would have to do it all myself rather than hold out my hand for benefits. I then decided to make something of myself and there is the difference. I accept whatever comes along and deal with it.

I did not go on a "Jolly Boys" outing to London to show my anger at the fact that more people voted in a different way to me. That gets you nowhere. Your time could have been more productively spent.

And what is your problem with Rees-Mogg? You seem infatuated by him.

Enjoy Cambodia and who knows, we may see you marching with the locals complaining about power cuts or the invasion of PRC Chinese.

That is totally uncalled for and you should apologise and withdraw the comment.

It adds nothing to the discussion except to bait people. It is on the same level as calling people Nazi's when they have done nothing wrong except to vote for their conviction.
I stand by it. When a brexiteer stops bringing up hitler and the war at every opportunity i will reconsidercan. I would even settle for a brexiteer capable of showing show me one benefit i will receive in return for letting these deluded fools cut my financial throat, and destroying my multinational family. Just responding to the one item.

You really do not understand what the EU is about. When it was a common market, that was ideal. Now it is a political entity.

My grandfather (killed WW!) and my father (served in action in WW2) both fought for their country to keep it independent and not part of a greater Europe (Reich or whatever). Europe was a fantastic place, different cultures all having their own governments and making their own rules. It was a wonderful area to travel in. The French were proud to be French, the Italians, Italian and so on.

Now it is becoming a melting pot of a Brussels one size fits all. The EU is destroying countries identity and blending them into an amalgamated mess. No individual identity just a Brussles identity.

Racism has naff all to do with it and remarks like that should be kept out of (sensible?) discussions. I am quite a Francophile and miss the old France. Most of the little villages with their patisseries and boulangeries are becoming ghost towns while the EU stamps France into the Brussels mould.

The final aim of the EU is to have a United States of Europe. One army, one currency, one central bank etc. All decisions taken by unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.

Still, if that's what you want and if the majority of the voting public agree then I am on board. However, the majority of the voting public in the UK wanted a simple leave. Not a soft, medium or hard Brexit, just a simple leave and then sort out the issues. It has been the Remain group that have muddied the waters and caused the mess we are in today. The Remain group failed miserably to explain what may or may not happen after Brexit. Blame them and yourselves, not the leave campaign. Many of us researched and could work out what was what. Anyone who only listens to campaign propaganda only has themselves to blame.

This is another way of saying that people on the left feel the world owes them a living and are lazy and on benefits,

If that is what you believe then I would defend your right to say so.

I do not believe that all Socialists (lefties) are lazy, benefit grabbing wasters. I could name many hard working, dedicated Socialists that I know ( I was at school with Red Ken). I do not agree with their philosophy but they have a right to their beliefs.

It is just a fact of economics that lazy, benefit grabbing wasters would rather vote Labour (Socialist/Democrat) than Conservative (Republican) as these parties are more liable to increase benefits than others.

What this has to do with Brexit I have no idea, so I suppose you are just jumping in to stir the pot. :stir:

Try taking any brown skinned mother of an english child to the uk before you start defending their racism. the sad and sick repsonses from Customs and Border Farce would be comicla if they were not destroying peoples lives. I am sure I=if ui lied as much as the brexit campaign i couild persuade the british public to vote for tax increases.
The eu will blink at the last minute as Boris Johnson and his pals all do a quick u turn to support Maybot!
Easiest negotiation ever as a certain TORY lying scumbag told everyone - well it nwas easy for the Eu!
and so it goes on. The only elite wrecking the uk is the elite from Public school;s, also known as the tory party

How many people in GB have elected David Cameron, Theresa May etc. as PM? :beer3:
