Once i was playing poker in a casino in Bratislava. I asked if the language at the table was English, the dealer answered “don’t worry”. As I am a naive person I started playing. Ofc no one talked English. I asked the dealer if he is fooling me. He said don’t worry no one will cheat, while everyone was talking during running hands like they were chatting like old ladies. I just left , lost maybe 50 euros. When I come to comb I will try some casinos and let you know. I also played with Chinese in a casino run by Chinese, in Austria. They didn’t chat Chinese but the only one loosing was me so I left. Lost 100 euros. But I also played on trustful tables in Austria and won but also lost. The bad thing is I want to try the casinos in a country. The good thing is I stop when I lose a little

jinbei owners are from Bejing.... the clue is in the name...they rented Dara shack at the beach early last year...for if I remember correctly $3K a month.....
Re: Sihanoukville Casinos
Jinbei and Beijing are actually different characters
Jin bei - 金贝 means golden shell
Beijing - 北京 means Northern capital
I had heard that the owners were from Shenyang. Maybe somebody else could confirm?

Re: Sihanoukville Casinos
This promo video of the Jinbei made me laugh.
All those white faces at the tables, when everybody knows that it is a casino for Chinese only.
Does anybody know the Indian guy in the lead role?
He is certainly handsome, but the idea that some random Chinese chick would end up in his room is just ridiculous. Anybody that has been to China knows that they are extremely racist and dislike Indians even more than they dislike Africans.
As usual with China, the video representation is light years away from reality.

Fake smiles on average faces, shiny stuff, not so yummy food & VIP's plastic privileges on lame music.
I assume even the odds of winning are dispointing.

It would be nice to know the details, like blackjack rules for example, or whether food and drinks are comped as they are in the UK.
I will try and find time to pay a visit in a few weeks, when I get some holiday.
