Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 05, 2019, a ladyboy named Yen Heng, but known as Champey Khmao, was arrested for insulting the entire Cambodian population on social media.

Yen Heng, taken for questioning by police, confessed to insulting all Cambodian people with many bad words on social media, because she was angry after three men rode up on a motorbike and attacked her for being a ladyboy, kicking her in the head.
However, many people were more outraged by the ladyboy's language than the fact that some thugs kicked her in the head, so they requested that the police arrest her.

I kept seeing a "him"but the report kept saying a "her". I am confused.

He used some bad language but what he said wasn't necessarily untrue overall. Frustration over the direction Cambodia is taking...
